How many tablespoons in a cup? How many cups in a gallon? I don't cook enough to know automatically, so I keep a copy of this kitchen conversion print in my kitchen! Kitchen conversions, or figuring out how many cups are in a quart or quarts are in a gallon, etc, require more math than I am generally willing to take on to finish a recipe!

Kitchen Conversions Free Printable
I finally wrote them all down -- and laminated the finished piece. I attached it onto the inside door of the cabinet closest to my mixer for easy reference. I can't tell you how many times I've gotten some kind of food yuck all over my phone or iPad because I had to look up something like this!
Oddly enough, I enjoy making soap, but that uses a scale and super precise (to the gram) measurements -- which I don't mind. Remembering the number of tablespoons in a cup is beyond me, though!
Looking it up is still better than adding 2 cups of chicken stock to a recipe that really needed a quart of the stuff, though, so having this info handy is a huge time saver.
I ended up making a tiny version, too, for the inside of a recipe box :
